Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us. Returns are accepted only under specific conditions to ensure product quality and hygiene.
Return requests must be initiated within 2 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact. Sale items, customized garments, and made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return. Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not qualify for return. Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Refund and Exchange Policy
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, eligible refunds or exchanges will be processed accordingly.
Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment. Processing of approved refunds may take 7–10 business days. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items are eligible for replacement or exchange. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error occurred on our part.
